Excellent Dog
Excellent Dog is for dogs of any age who have demonstrated proficiency in all techniques required for the Pet Dog Ambassador Level Two certification. You and your dog attend class once a week for an hour. This is a drop-in class, meaning there is no start and end date. It is an ideal class for those who want to continue training with their dog but cannot necessarily commit to a pre-set class. Topics covered:

Superstar Dog
Superstar Dog is for dogs of any age who have demonstrated proficiency in all techniques required for the Pet Dog Ambassador Level Three certification or the AKC Canine Good Citizen certification. You and your dog attend class once a week for an hour. This is a drop-in class, meaning there is no start and end date. It is an ideal class for those who want to continue training with their dog but cannot necessarily commit to a pre-set class. This class will occasionally take place off-site in dog-friendly public places. Be sure to check with the instructor to see where class is being held every week. Topics covered:

Superstar Dog is an advanced level class due to classes being held outside the facility in public places. The goal is to perfect basic behaviors in a more challenging environment as well as expand on learned behaviors using duration, distractions, and distance as added challenge.
Real Life Dog
Real Life Dog is for dogs of any age who have demonstrated proficiency in all techniques required for the Pet Dog Ambassador Level Four certification or the AKC Community Canine certification. You and your dog attend class once a week for an hour. This is a drop-in class, meaning there is no start and end date. It is an ideal class for those who want to continue training with their dog but cannot necessarily commit to a pre-set class. This class takes place off-site in dog-friendly public places. Be sure to check with the instructor to see where class is being held every week.
Real Life Dog is an advanced level class. The class material includes all skills and behaviors learned in previous classes. The goal is to demonstrate the highest level of proficiency in all behaviors and skills while in a public setting. By the end of the class, dogs should be capable of passing level five of the Pet Dog Ambassador program and/or the AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU) certification.
For dogs doing service training, after completion of the Real Life Dog class you will be referred to Janice Mann or Christine Kelly to continue working towards your Public Access Test and specific service dog skills.
Fun-gility
Fun-gility is an introduction to basic agility techniques and equipment. You and your dog attend class once a week for an hour for 8 weeks. This class is designed for exercise and fun. It is not an obedience class, and it is not for dogs wishing to train to compete. There is a beginner and an advanced fun-gility class.
Beginner: This class focuses more on introducing each piece of agility equipment to the dogs as well as teaching owners the basics of cueing their dogs. By the end of class, owners will be able to guide their dogs through simple courses.
Advanced: This class focuses on expanding the techniques learned in beginner fun-gility. Owners will guide their dogs through more challenging courses.
All dogs wishing to participate in fun-gility must demonstrate basic proficiency in behaviors such as sit, down, wait, and come. Dogs who demonstrate leash reactivity or aggression are not allowed to participate.
Fun With Your Nose
Fun With Your Nose is our nosework class. It is designed to engage dogs in using their noses to find specific scent cues in a variety of environments. You and your dog meet once a week for an hour for 8 weeks (6 weeks in level 1). This is not an obedience class. There are 3 “levels” to our Fun With Your Nose class:
Level 1: This class focuses on building the foundation for nosework. Dogs will be challenged to find their treats in various hidden locations. Owners will learn how to interpret their dog’s body language as well as guide their dog through nosework without assisting the dog in finding their treats.
Level 2: This class focuses on teaching basic nosework skills. Dogs will be challenged to find specific scent discs in various hidden locations, and will learn how to indicate when they’ve “spotted” the disc. Owners will learn how to get their dogs to cue a discovered scent as well as guide their dog through the nosework without assisting the dog in finding the scent disc.
Level 3: This class is an advanced nosework skills class. Dogs will be challenged to find specific scent discs in various hidden locations, including outside!
All dogs wishing to participate in Fun With Your Nose must demonstrate basic proficiency in behaviors such as sit, down, wait, and come. There is no dog/dog exposure in this class, making it great for reactive dogs or dogs who do not do well around others!
Obedience, Tricks&Fitness, OH MY!
A 6-week, hybrid class to combine basic obedience, novice trick skills, and level one fitness to help build your dog's confidence while practicing skills to promote coordination, proprioception, injury prevention, flexibility and just plain FUN!

Titles earned during class (included in the cost of the class): Novice Tricks and Canine Conditioning Fitness - Level One from 'Do More with Your Dog!' (Tricks title can be submitted to AKC for equivalent title as well!!)

Having problems with your dog coming to you when called? This class is for you! It is a six week course that revolves around three things:

These fast paced thirty minute classes will help you to develop a recall that you can be proud of.
Tricks, tricks, tricks
Tricks, Tricks, Tricks! is a class designed to teach dogs fun cues like wave, spin, bow, weave, play dead, etc. You and your dog attend class once a week for 45 minutes for 8 weeks. This class is not an obedience class. Dogs should be able to perform basic behaviours such as sit, down, wait, and touch prior to participating in this class.
